6 Week Team Fitness Challenge

Lose Weight, Gain Muscle, Feel Better.

Due to covid we had to stop in the middle of our challenge. As soon as we can we will re-launch our 6 week challenge! Make sure you opt in for our emails.

This is a good time. Meet new friends who have the same goals as you do with all the support and guidance you need to be successful.

  1. You will receive 4 private consultations to weigh in, measured, calculate body fat and create an eating plan. (No one will have access to this information except for you, not even your teammates.)

  2. We will take before and after pictures of you and your team. (Please wear the same workout attire for pictures.)

  3. You will receive guidance as to what eating plan works best for your lifestyle, schedule and goals.

  4. You will receive food containers to help you with portion control.

  5. You will track your activity, food and water intake.

  6. You will learn how to prep food for the week to keep you on track.

  7. Your team will gain points by various attainable goals and activity.

  8. As a bonus just for all participants there will be a Sunday Weight Training class at 10:45 am.

  9. All non-member pricing includes 2 months unlimited classes plus the challenge. Membership start date Feb. 16th.

  10. We all meet one time to pick teams and go over guidelines. Meeting Sunday February 16th. 12 noon. Lunch will be served.

  11. Invitation for you and your significant other to party celebration to announce winners and prize giveaways.

No excuses: Vacations no problem, Can’t make the initial meeting no problem, Need a payment plan no problem.

Non-Members receive 2 months of unlimited membership with the Fitness challenge. It is more economical to be a member, you decide. Members discount $200 instead of $250 &
Non-Member discount $300 instead of $350.
