You will receive 4 private consultations to weigh in, measured, calculate body fat and create an eating plan. (No one will have access to this information except for you, not even your teammates.)
We will take before and after pictures of you and your team. (Please wear the same workout attire for pictures.)
You will receive guidance as to what eating plan works best for your lifestyle, schedule and goals.
You will receive food containers to help you with portion control.
You will track your activity, food and water intake.
You will learn how to prep food for the week to keep you on track.
Your team will gain points by various attainable goals and activity.
As a bonus just for all participants there will be a Sunday Weight Training class at 10:45 am.
All non-member pricing includes 2 months unlimited classes plus the challenge. Membership start date Feb. 16th.
We all meet one time to pick teams and go over guidelines. Meeting Sunday February 16th. 12 noon. Lunch will be served.
