Non- contact Kickboxing using 7 ft. 100lb bags filled with sand. Burn up to 1000 calories.

Bootcamp

Circuit weight training combined with cardio and functionality turning the body into a fat burning machine.

Cycling

 A combination of runs, climbs, drills with an additional fun upper body moves to keep the body burning long after the workout.
